Fall is my favorite time of year. I love the colors, the comfort food, the crunchy leaves and of course, Halloween! Although the boys don't go Trick-or-Treating anymore, I still love to decorate. While Chris and Ryley went on a hike in the Shenandoah Valley, I spent the day pulling out all of the Halloween decor and making the house look festive. Below are some photos of "Halloween around the House". Enjoy!

The above two photos are decorations around the banister that leads to the basement.

This is the railing that overlooks the entry way, from the top floor

My sister Kristen has a potpourri/fragrance oil business called "The Olfactory Patch" (I made her logo:)! She make THE BEST potpourriāfull of color, texture and wonderful scents. I placed some fall potpourri (it smells candy corn) in a huge, wooden, antique bread bowl I bought while living in Ukraine.

Love the Halloween tree! The spooky eyes garland crack me up!

I have a long tray on my coffee table that I purchased from Southern Living at Home a few years back. During the fall, I fill it with more of Kristen's potpourri and top it with the Halloween wooden blocks.
